Is the lift working? We had an office in the building for 3 years and it was out of order 90% of the time.

The main issue was the lift was not fit for purpose, as the model is designed of indoor use only, but in this building it goes to a number of external floors.

Management charged all repair costs back to the residents, even though it’s an inherent issue with the original building.

I left as soon as I could and would never deal with this landlord again.
