I bought a flat off plans at another of Union Development’s sites, Parkhaus and want to warn people before they buy. It was handed over in an unacceptable state ranging from minor to very major. Many other buyers have had similar or worse experiences. It seems other developments are all the same from what I can see. Despite a professional snagging report submitted via the lawyer and passage of four months none of the issues are being dealt with – the people who have been sent round to make repairs have made the issues even worse. Some staff at Citidwell / Union developments try and be helpful but with no satisfactory outcome: those higher up are uncontactable. I will remove this comment and rating when my issues are resolved.
Beware of buying off plan with Union Developments. Flats at Parkhaus turned over in terrible condition and months later still no progress on issues. Union Developments not contactable. Promises around certain appliances and facilities at the development not kept. Will happily remove this review if there is any progress on issues at Parkhaus and open dialogue.
